The School of cutting Ligas was founded in 1928 in Sardinia. In 1934 he began the publication of the magazine "OUR ART", bimonthly technical information. This site is dedicated to my Grandpa, Prof. Peppino Ligas, the person who made it possible with his studies and his dedication to work, to me, to my father and my uncles Camillo Lanfranco and Savior to pursue a career as a model maker getting great satisfaction.
This photo was taken in June 1992, two months after he died with the only regret not having been able to complete the latest research he was working on for about six months. He died at the age of 90 years.
